We check the property over so it is ready for the new tenant. If there are works required we can arrange to have these carried out. With our approved contractors.
2. Rental Valuation
We assess the market rate and calculate the guaranteed rental income that will be paid to you on a monthly basis.
3. Confirm Agreement
Rental amount is confirmed, date of scheduled rental payment, the duration of the agreement. You now have a guarantee rental return that is fixed and you can depend on.
4. Property Compliance
All relevant certificates confirmed in place or arranged before commencement of tenancy. Gas, Electric and appliances as with all letting agreements.
5. Tenant Schedule
